Doing well so far...
...although the swear box has a few quid in it. I have definitely cut down though and it's a good thing. It is making me think about what I say for sure.I haven't had a drink so far this week. I know it's only Tuesday and although I don't want to stop drinking I do want to get more control over my drinking. I'm a proper all or nothing drinker. I won't drink unless I know I'm going to get drunk and I'm not happy with that any more.
I'm also making a definite effort to recycle more. It should be easy for me as in the basement of the flat we have recycling bins into which we can put cardboard, paper, tin cans and bottles (plastic or glass), so it covers most things. Every little helps!
