Still no cigarettes

I guess that's been the main focus of the last week - not smoking. How many times have I said this? How many times have I stopped? I've even stopped for 2 or 3 years before. Still, I'll never give up giving up. Even if it is on and off it's better than it being permanently on I guess. Not too much else has happened this week. Back to work, celebrity big brother, Burton earned a well deserved replay at Old Trafford in the FA cup, not much else...
