Nina Simone
I cannot believe it's taken me more than 35 years to listen to Nina Simone (well, more than what I've heard on movies). The woman is (was) a genius. Very uplifting but at the same time relaxing music - will be getting some more for sure!Went to see Kingdom of Heaven at the movies last night. Very good indeed. Also worth a see is Session 9 - a dark affair from Brad Anderson, maker of the Machinist (also excellent). Some big movies coming this summer, Batman Begins, War of the Worlds and of course...Star Wars III.
