At 35 years old is it really normal for me and a colleague to be on a conf call counting the number of times one of the other attendees says 'Er' in a minute? TBH it really isn't a very exciting call - just 2 people arguing really.

p.s. 16 times / minute although I swear every minute after was more! ;o)
